Do you need access to the back of my house?
Yes please. We just ask that side gates are unlocked on your cleaning day. We’ll always close them securely when we’re done.
What if I’m not home?
No problem at all — most of our customers aren’t in when we clean. We’ll text you before and after the clean to confirm completion.
Can you reach high or awkward windows?
Yes — our poles reach safely up to 3 storeys high (around 35 ft), ideal for townhouses, conservatories, and dormer windows.
Do you clean inside windows too?
Yes, interior window cleaning is available by appointment — typically around the same price as the exterior price again.
How do I pay?

How will I know when you’re coming?
You’ll receive a text reminder the day before your scheduled clean so you can leave gates open or move vehicles if needed.
